The Mouloudia Club of Oujda (MCO) started its season badly. The northern club is the current first non-relegation, a situation which prompted management to appoint a new coach, in order to change the dynamic. Technician Omar Najhi has been appointed to replace Mounir Jaouani.
“The MCO has officially concluded a contract with coach Omar Najhi to supervise the first team until the 2023-2024 season ,” the club clarified. Omar Najhi will be accompanied by Mohamed Madih as assistant coach and Mohamed Karam, performance analyst using video technology, the club said.
Mounir Jaouani was thanked with his two assistants, Othman El Assas and Mimoune Miftah Lkhir. The technician, who arrived last May, did not last too long on the bench. With only five points on the clock, the MCO (1 victory in 8 days) occupies 14th place in the ranking of the Botola Pro D1 "Inwi" ahead of the Olympique Club de Khouribga (OCK) and the Ittihad Riyadi de Tanger (IRT) .
