LDC-CAF Final: Victor Gomez at the whistle

Victor Gomez refereed the African Champions League final

Al Ahly SC will do battle with Wydad Athletic Club in the final of the African Champions League on May 30 at Stade Mohamed V in Casablanca. Victor Gomez will be at the whistle. The South African was appointed by the CAF Referees Committee to officiate this match. He will be assisted by his compatriot Siwela Zakhele and Souru Phatsoane from Lesotho.

Helder Martinez from Angola will be the fourth official. Victor Gomez is currently one of the best whistles on the continent. He also officiated the CAN 2021 final between Senegal and Egypt.
