CAN 2021-Group C: Gabon provides the essentials against the Comoros

Gabon, despite the absences of Lemina and Aubameyang, managed a victorious entry into this CAN 2021. The Panthers disposed of the Comoros 1-0. A success that the Gabonese owe to Aaron Boupenza. The striker scored the only goal of the game at the 16  ^th  minute.

Gabon was not quiet in this meeting, however. The Comoros, for their first participation in the CAN, gave the Gabonese a hard time. They almost equalized in the 90th minute. But the Gabonese side Obissa saved his team. With this victory, the Panthers join Morocco at the top of Group C.  The Atlas Lions beat Ghana 1-0  in the early evening.
